It began airing nationwide on October 1, 2010 on BS NTV (a free-to-air satelite service of Nippon Television) and simulcast on Crunchyroll. It is also syndicated terrestrially in 8 markets, including a few affiliates of TXN like TVQ, and few JAITS members like Tokyo MX.

Except for the off coloring (Stocking's normal outfit; stockings, Stocking's transformed outfit; the dark blue is nowhere in the references), it's great. Whoever was the photographer has some serious skill.
Stocking needs some eye drops. D:
