Kipi is cosplaying as
Mirai Suenaga.
Mirai Suenaga is the site mascot character for Culture Japan (dannychoo.com) who I developed with illustrator Azami Yuko. Mirai started off as a single illustration in the corner of the site back in 2007 and since then has gained much popularity worldwide.

This girls are cute and have great cosplays, in fact Saya and Kipi are two of my favorites, but...they're just copycats and starving attention. Sometimes, I really doubt they know who they are cosplaying.
Maridah was the first one with the occurence of cosplaying this character, which is a mascot of Danny Choo. She wanted to dedicate that cosplay to him because Danny put Maridah in Otacool 2 magazine main page, in his place. Then Danny did a section for that cosplay worn by Maridah. These girls just want to have their section in Danny's website too. Danny is from USA, and these girls didn't knew about him, nor gave a shit about him. Until now.
