Miiko is cosplaying as Juri Han from Super Street Fighter IV. Juri Han (ハン・ジュリ Han Juri, Korean: 한주리; 韓蛛俐), is a fictional character in the Street Fighter series. She is a South Korean fighter who first appears in Super Street Fighter IV. She is voiced by Jessica Straus in English. She is an underling to Street Fighter IV antagonist Seth, and a member of the organization S.I.N. She first originated as a suggestion by Yoshinori Ono to introduce a female Korean character in the Street Fighter series. The development team went through 400-500 ideas before they decided on Juri. She is the first practitioner of taekwondo in the series, and excluding Kwon from an early spinoff game, she is also the first Korean character in the series. She has been described as "sultry," "provocative," and "sex-crazed." She has a revealing shirt in the shape of a spider, as well as a pink crystal in place of her left eye, in part to tie her more closely to the organization.
Juri's practice of taekwondo has caused her to be considered a unique character to the Street Fighter series. She has been compared to several characters from other fighting games, including Kim Kaphwan from the King of Fighters series and Gilgamesh from Fate/Unlimited codes.
